ZAR South African Rates + Custom Boards

Signature HQ is based in South Africa and, with this at certain times, has limited excess global stock that we make available in Cape Town to  ZAR  local SA residents only. 

*Prices are based on availability and subject to change without notice depending on global shipping and exchange rates that fluctuate. 

These products may not be purchased and shipped outside of South Africa territory.

CUSTOM BOARD ORDERS

Custom board orders are produced in South Africa for ZAR residents and special orders only. 

50% non-refundable deposit upon order, 50% balance upon completion. 

Once deposit or final payment is received, board files cannot be adjusted and board order cannot be cancelled. All sales are final and custom board orders cannot be returned.

Note: Custom boards built in ZAR are produced based on customers’ specific requests, so may have slight variables in performance, final dimensions + volume.

Shipping: Customer is responsible for collection or shipping of final product. Signature may offer to send with a Courier, incorporating an additional fee for packing and courier service. Customer assumes responsibility for any shipping damage that may occur during transport.

* SHIPPING NOTE: Once your order has been shipped with FEDEX, UPS, DHL or Courier Guy a tracking number will be available.

Customer is responsible to ensure someone is available at the listed address for collection or alternatively to contact Courier / leave a note where the order should be delivered to.
If no action is taken, Courier will leave the order at the front door, and the customer accepts all responsibility thereafter.
