SPG Product Returns Policy



At Signature we strive to supply riders with only the best products, however, in a unique case where your purchased product is not up to standard, arrives damaged, or does not meet your expectations, it may be returned for review.

Before purchasing a product, please take a moment to read our Returns Policy and Process below, prior to returning your product, to ensure your product qualifies:

  • You have 30 days to notify us in writing of your request to return your product.  If 30 days have gone by since the date of purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. However, should your product be under warranty, the warranty terms and conditions will apply. Please refer to the warranty terms and conditions for your product.
  • CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS to the original store, supplier, or distributor. If purchased direct from SPG then SPG will be the address to return goods to.
  • To complete your application for return, we require a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase. We will not be able to proceed with the refund process without this proof of purchase.


  • Send an email with WARRANTY / RETURN form – please click here. to spg@Signatureperformancegear.com with a full description of the concern and photos of the product.
  • Ensure you attach a clear copy of your receipt or proof of payment.
  • We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 business hours and provide further instructions. Should we need to inspect your product, further details will be given for collection or delivery. (Courier/delivery return fees will be for your own account.)
  • Once your product has been received, we will confirm receipt via email.
  • After inspection, we will send a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Please allow for an additional 48 business hours for feedback.
    • Should your request for a full or partial refund be approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.  Payment clearance will be dependent on your bank and type of account, however, should you not receive payment within 14 business days you are welcome to contact us. A credit to your SPG online account is also optional.
    • In the instance where you would prefer for the product to be exchanged, this will be confirmed and the new product dispatched to your given address. The cost of the delivery will be covered by SPG.
    • Should it be found that the product does not qualify for refund or exchange, we will liaise with you directly about the return of the product to you. Please note that associated courier/delivery fees will be for your own account.
    • S&H Fees- to be excluded. Any refunds offered will be subject to actual product costs only. S&H fees will not be refunded.
